Description: Prominent Company in the Kingston area seeks competent Administrative Assistant as follows:

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Administrative tasks as required
  • Develop and maintain filing systems
  • Coordinates, organize, manage and schedule tasks
  • Research, product development, documentation and processing
  • Do procurement and bidding
  • Prepare payroll, statutory deductions, file GCT and Annual Returns
  • Preparing reports as required
  • Other tasks required
  • From time to time, will be required to work beyond regular office hours

  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Scope for training, growth and learning with the company
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Administrate or secretarial training or certification a plus
  • Minimum of 2-5 years within an administrative role
  • Basic accounting experience with knowledge of Quickbooks preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, and computer technology skills as required
