LOANS OFFICER/SUPERVISOR (Kingston & Montego Bay Branches)

Job Purpose

To conduct and supervise the efficient and effective processing of loan applications in accordance with Organisational procedure and policies. To optimize and ensure the timely delivery of good quality customer service to the clients.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Process customer loans timely and accurately to ensure high quality customer service.
Ensure that loans granted are effectively monitored and instalments collected in a timely manner.
Timely execution and follow-up on all assigned Departmental Reports
Marketing financial services products.

Qualification, Experience and Attributes:

First Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
Two (2) years proven experience in Loans Administration preferable within the Micro finance or banking processing
Good knowledge of loan processing would be an asset
Proficiency in the use of relevant computer applications
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
Good problem solving skills and tenacity
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to work flexible hours. Training will be conducted in Kingston.
