Provide administrative support to the local management team and corporate office.
Liaise with Corporate Attorneys to facilitate the filing of corporate and regulatory documents.
Maintain an organized filing system to allow for easy retrieval
Perform clerical duties, taking memos, maintaining files, and organizing documents. Photocopying, faxing, collating, etc., as needed.
Arranges travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
Plan/organize events such as meetings, business luncheons, or dinners
Complete and file work permit applications for visiting members
Assist the management team with onboarding new hires (obtain all new hire documents and filepromptly)
Maintain general office supplies
Assist with International purchasing, shipping, customs clearance and vendor negotiations.
Travel to various stores through Jamaica to assist with special projects
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Assist with any other duty assigned

Salary Scale: $120,000 - $160,000 monthly
