LEGAL SECRETARY

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of LEGAL SECRETARY in a large Law Firm in Kingston

Key Functions

• To provide full secretarial services to the Attorney-At-Law ensuring that the relevant duties are executed in a timely and efficient manner

• Liaise with internal and external clients and businesses

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

• At least three [3] years’ experience in Intellectual Property/Trade Mark
practice

• Minimum of 5 GCE/CXC or equivalent, inclusive of English Language

• Must possess Secretarial Diploma from a recognized institution

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Must be efficient and detail-oriented with excellent organizational and
communication skills both orally and in written format

• Must be able to use initiative and to undertake multiple assignments
simultaneously

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
