VACANCY WITHIN MPM WASTE MANAGEMENT LTD.


Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager or the Regional Administrator the incumbent is obliged to represent the organization in a courteous and professional manner, exemplifying excellence in service delivery, to all our customers.

Specifications
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• An aptitude to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to carry out tasks without constant supervision.
• Maintain simple logs and records.

Responsibilities
• Answering, screening and directing calls to the appropriate person in a prompt and courteous manner;
• Greeting, screening and directing customers/visitors to the appropriate person.
• Taking accurate messages with appropriate details regarding customer complaints, etc. from time to time.

Qualifications:
Qualification

• Five (5) GCE O’Levels including English Language;
• Certificate in Customer Service;
• Experience in operating a Avaya Switch board or similar switch board;
• Three (3) years’ experience as a Receptionist/Telephone operator;
• Computer Literacy in respect of Microsoft Office;
