Conducting the new hire process
Prepare new employee files
Conducts benefits enrollment of new employees
Assist with the planning and coordinating of internal events,
Staff wellness programs and training and development activities
Assist with the preparation of the performance review/appraisals process.
Assist with the planning and coordinating of Staff Wellness program, training and development activities
Acts as liason between staff and management effective communication
Updates the human resource database by ensuring that records are accurate and current including vacation management.
Submits health claims to insurers.
Prepares letters for all staff as requested.
Responsible for the supervising the janitorial services of the office and
ensuring that duties are performed
Responsible for accurate and timely submission of employee information of Accounts
Prepare and submits monthly report.
